Details of the round
 
The company is looking to raise INR 4Cr (commitments of INR 2Cr received already) with a Pre-Money Valuation of INR 40Cr. 
They already have a firm commitment of INR 2Cr from India Accelerator Growth Fund, Mylabs and Meity labs.
 
The investment in Avenue Growth is open through both the Lead Angels network and through our SEBI-registered AIF Category 1 VCF Angel FundLead Angels Fund. In case commitments exceed the allocated amount, allotment will be on a “First Come, First Serve” basis.
