The pre-money valuation of the company is Rs 50cr.
In the current round, the company is looking to raise INR 7cr. Lead angels will be looking at co-investing alongside other notable Angel Networks and a few other angels in this round.
The company is looking to raise INR 2 Cr from Lead Angels Network. The minimum commitment to the company is INR 5 Lakhs. In case commitments exceed the ask amount, allotment will be on the “First Come, First Serve” basis.
