They have grown 29x in revenues in five months (since Sep’20) closing Feb’21 at an MRR of ~$60,000 ($720k ARR). They reached their break-even and were operationally profitable in Jan’21 itself.
Details of the current Pre-series A round
The company is looking to raise USD 2 Million in their pre-series A round with a pre-money valuation of USD 12.5 Million.
The company has already received a commitment for 90% of the funds from new(Yoga Capital, Venture Catalysts, JPIN UK) and existing investors such as Iceland Venture Studios(their first Indian investments), Ivycap Ventures, Samyakth Capital, Nikhil Vora (MD, Sixth Sense) and is looking to raise USD 200,000 to close the current round.
The Due Diligence of the company has already been done and other investors have already started wiring the money.
They are looking to raise 1 Cr from Lead Angels Network. The minimum commitment to the company is INR 5 Lakhs. In case commitments exceed the ask amount, allotment will be on the “First Come, First Serve” basis.
