ZFW Dark stores is a platform that assists D2C/F&B brands in reaching a national scale faster by placing their products in 125+ tech-enabled dark stores across major Indian cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, and Pune. They are reducing fulfillment times, driving revenue, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
ZFW currently services 27,000+ orders per month and expects to reach 50,000+ orders per month by the end of March ’22. They serve over 25+ international and domestic brands with a monthly GMV of INR 60 lakhs and an MRR of INR 21 lakhs.
Details of the round:The company is looking to raise INR 7.5 Cr in the current round with a Pre-Money valuation of INR 45 Cr.They are looking to raise INR 1 Cr from Lead Angels Fund. The company has received commitments of INR 6.5 Cr from other Angel Networks and marquee Investors.The investment in ZFW will be routed through a SEBI registered AIF Category 1 VCF Angel Fund, Lead Angels Fund. Lead Angels will be sharing more such exciting investment opportunities in the future which will be invested through the new AIF platform. These will include a mix of seed-stage/pre-Series A raises of the Lead Angel Network portfolio and other opportunities which have been introduced by our partners. Given the advantages of the platform, we expect to see significantly more opportunities on this platform over time.The minimum commitment to the company is INR 5 Lakhs*. In case commitments exceed the ask amount, allotment will be on the “First Come, First Serve” basis.
