Awarathon is a dynamic tool for video-roleplay-led sales coaching. Our virtual training environment leverages AI to help sales teams make effective, winning pitches. Their AI-enabled, video roleplay platform ensures sales teams hit the right notes consistently.
Problem Statement and Market Opportunity:
Sales is an important function of any organization. There is a continuous ramping up required for every sales team for changes in onboarding procedure, upskilling of existing teams, training on new products etc.
The current practices are classroom based training methods which are boring and ineffective. The time taken to make a new sales team hire ready for sales pitches is approximately 11 months.

- Harshal Shah (Co-Founder & CEO): Alumni of Harvard Law School, Professionally Qualified Chartered Accountant, Lawyer, Ex-Ernst & Young, Founding Team of AIC NMIMS Incubation Centre.
- Rahul Ghatalia (Co-Founder & CTO): Master’s degree in Interactive Multimedia and Web from Algonquin University, Canada. Over 15 years of experience in technology development.
