Revenues (Till date) of 0.45 Cr and expected to close at 2cr this year with a Notable clientele like HDFC Bank,Bajaj Allianz, Indusind Bank and over 10 other UAE clients.
Details of the round :
The company is raising INR 4.5 Cr. They are raising it as an unpriced convertible round at an INR 37.5 Cr floor and INR 75 Cr cap, with a 20% discount in the first year and a 25% discount in the second year.
We also had Vivek Chandel join the call and share his views on the company as he has been an Investor in the Seed Round while he is also investing in Intellewings in the current round as well.
They are looking to raise INR 50 Lakhs from Lead Angels Network. The company has received commitments of 4 Cr from a VC and other notable angel networks & investors.
The minimum commitment to the company is INR 5 Lakhs. In case commitments exceed the ask amount, allotment will be on the “First Come, First Serve” basis.
