Using the power of Voice, Video and Vernacular pedagogy, Ocky Pocky aims to solve the problem. Human guided voiceovers and speech recognition, Age curated videos & mother tongue language approach to teaching instructions are the pillars of the application.
Details of the round –
The company is raising INR 1 Cr. at an INR 30 Cr. pre-money valuation. The total ask from Lead Angels is INR 50 Lakhs.
The company already has a commitment for INR 50 Lakhs from Existing Investors & Additional Individual Investors. The Lead Investor is Kumar Aakash (Sr. VP, Hotstar) syndicating the round.
The minimum commitment towards the company is INR 5 Lakhs. In case commitments exceed the ask amount, allotment will be on the “First Come, First Serve” basis.
