Based on the interest we have received across chapters for Purple docs we are now requesting your commitments.
We will accept commitments from 12th April till 13th April 8 pm (Wednesday).
The total ask from Lead Angels is INR 75 lakhs at INR 9.5 Crore pre-money valuation. The minimum commitment is INR 3 lakhs. In case commitments exceed the ask amount, allotment will be proportionate.
Rajiv Sharma (LA Ahmedabad) who had originally invested INR 10 lakhs in the company is once again committed INR 5 lakhs at INR 9.5 crore valuation.
Additionally, Purple docs has been given a term sheet from Kelly Gamma Fund, a venture fund based led by Investor D. C Anjaria. Subject to DD, they will be leading the round with an investment of INR 1.4 Crore.
