Parking Search, Assurance (advanced booking) & Assistance (through valet connect) are pain points for users. ValetEZ’s technology digitizes parking ticketing and utilization, bringing transparency and analytics for owners/operators. Connecting available parking inventory on a single network allows users to search and access parking anywhere in the city in real-time which will address their core pain points.
Details of the round –
The company is raising INR 1.2-1.5 Cr. at an INR 34.5 Cr. pre-money valuation. The total ask from Lead Angels is INR 50 Lakhs.
The company already has a commitment for INR 65.5 Lakhs from Individual Investors.
The minimum commitment towards the company is INR 5 Lakhs. In case commitments exceed the ask amount, allotment will be on the “First Come, First Serve” basis.
